Ryan Patrick is the best trainer I have had. He genuinely cares about each and every one of his clients. He was is very adaptable and open minded when it comes to the program he creates for each one his clients. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and incorporating exercises for every muscle group. He is also very mindful when it comes to injuries, and comes up with a plan to target muscle groups without aggravating the injury. I went from having a shoulder injury and barely benching over 135 lbs, to exceeding over 225 lbs in a couple of months. You will not find a trainer who is caring, knowledgeable, and personal as Ryan is.
